Suggested Use

How Do I Use The Protein Pancake Mix?

It really couldn’t be simpler to make these delicious high protein pancakes:

  1. Simply add 2x scoops of the protein pancake to 100ml of water in your LDNM Shaker.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan heat a small amount of oil.
  3. Once the pan is heated, pour half the mix (to make one pancake) into the pan and cook for approx 90 seconds (or until the pancake is golden brown on the underside and set on top). Then flip and cook for a further 60 seconds until the pancake is fully cooked on both sides.
  4. Repeat, and serve the pancakes with your favourite toppings!

    Usually get the mug cake mix but thought i'd try this for a change. Makes really fluffy and tasty pancakes (i got the maple syrup flavour) and i add yogurt and berries too.
