Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough

The Food Grinder has created this absolute delight for you all to try with the helping hand of our delicious LDNM Whey Protein..

Ingredients:

  • 50g LDNM Chocolate or Unflavoured Whey
  • 120g peanut or almond flour
  • 30-40g of peanut butter
  • 10-15g of runny honey
  • 10g of dark choc chips
  • Teaspoon of peppermint flavouring
  • 3 marshmallows
 

Method:

  • Mix the whey, flour, nut butter, honey, chocolate chips and peppermint in a bowl, and then squeeze with your hands into a cookie dough like consistency.
  • Spread it out on a baking tray and place in the fridge for around 60 minutes to set.
  • Take out the fridge and slice into 4-5 bars.
  • Melt 3 marshmallows in the microwave and then add a few drops of green food colouring, before drizzling over the top of the bars.

When should I eat this?
