Maple Syrup and Chocolate Protein Rice Krispy Cakes

This recipe is to die for, from one of our LDNM Academy Nutrition Coaching Course graduates Paul Sheehan- Maple Chocolate Protein Rice Krispy Cakes.




  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over boiling water in a glass bowl
  • Add the whey protein, before stirring until the mixture becomes one
  • Add the rice Krispies and stir evenly throughout the chocolate until all the cereal is covered
  • Place the mixture evenly into 6-8 paper cupcake cases within an appropriate muffin/baking tray and pop them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.

  • Fats: 54g
  • Carbohydrates: 101g
