What are LDNM Oats:

LDNM Oats are a great source of low GI carbohydrate. Quite simply they are 100% oats that have been milled to a very fine consistency whilst retaining all of their natural nutrients. They are highly convenient for adding high quality carbs and calories to your diet and do not need to be cooked, simply shake them up with some cold water or milk, or add into your protein shake.

Suggested Use

Add one large scoop (50g) to 150ml of water in your LDNM Buchsteiner. Shake and consume immediately. Alternatively you can mix with milk to improve taste and boost calorie intake. Pure Fine Oats can also be added to your protein shake.

We recommend 1-3 servings daily to boost your calorie intake.

    I add a scoop of this to my morning smoothie, definitely helps keep me fuller for longer. Going to try it in some protein baking next!
